Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reorder pages without dragging?

Yes. Every page has two buttons underneath that move it one step earlier or later, and they work with the keyboard and on touch screens. Dragging is an extra convenience, not the only way.

What does the "Reverse order" button do?

It flips the whole document in one click. Handy for files that came out of a scanner that fed the pages from the last sheet to the first.

Does reordering affect page quality?

No. Pages are copied verbatim with their text, images and fonts intact — the only thing that changes is the order they appear in.

Can I delete a page from here?

This tool does reordering only, to keep it simple. Use the Delete Pages tool to remove pages, then come back here to arrange the result.
