Can I add Arabic text?
Yes — and that is the heart of this tool. The Arabic text is written and shaped correctly inside the file: letters join in their proper forms (initial, medial, final) and flow right to left. The tool embeds the font into the output file itself, so the file you download carries the text as real, selectable, copyable lettering — not an image.
Can I mix Arabic and English on the same line?
Yes. Mixed text is laid out correctly with bidirectional ordering: the Arabic words keep their right-to-left order while the English words keep their left-to-right order, on the same line, without either one flipping around. This is the hardest case in text direction, and it is supported.
Why can't I change the font family or color?
The current version adds text in black Tajawal on every page, with three vertical positions (top / middle / bottom), three alignments (right / center / left) and any font size. More options such as colors and different fonts may arrive later, but the foundation — writing correct Arabic inside a PDF — is what matters today.
Is my text uploaded to a server?
No, not one byte. The file is read and modified entirely inside your browser and never leaves your device. Even the font embedded into the file is loaded from our own site.
Why does the font in the output differ from what I see on screen?
A PDF embeds its fonts so the file renders identically in any reader, but the file size has to stay small — so we embed a subset covering only the characters you actually used. The result looks exactly like Tajawal without bloating the file.
Is there a limit on text length?
Yes, up to 500 characters — more than enough for a line or a short paragraph, and it keeps the added font subset from ballooning the file.
